Shipping & Handling Details
For Orders to the United States
- Handling Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). This includes order processing, production, and preparation for shipment.
- Transit Time: 5–13 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). This is the time taken for the package to reach you after it leaves our facility.

- The above timelines apply to standard shipping for U.S. orders only.
- While most orders are processed and shipped within the stated windows, these are approximate and may vary by order. Some items or large orders may require longer handling or transit times.
- Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (calculated using business days only, Monday to Friday).
- Typically, orders are delivered within 10–20 business days from the date of purchase, though this may vary based on production complexity and shipping conditions.
Order Processing Hours
We process orders daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. If you need your order by a specific date (e.g., for an occasion), please contact us in advance to check feasibility—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
If you contact the shipping carrier to redirect a parcel after it has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the redirected package.
Customs Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees incurred during transportation are covered by RUNYUANTONG TRADING LIMITED—you will not be charged additional fees for delivery.
