At Plazashopvv, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our policy for order cancellations, modifications, returns, exchanges, and refunds, designed to address your needs while accounting for the customized nature of our products.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order (e.g., update shipping details, adjust items), please contact us immediately at
[email protected] with your order number and the requested changes.
- Eligibility: Cancellations and modifications are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders are locked for processing and cannot be altered or canceled, as production of custom items begins promptly.
- Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email once the cancellation or modification is completed.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us directly at
[email protected]. We will resolve the issue by offering a
free replacement (no extra fees).
- For defective or damaged items, you do not need to return the original package. We will ship a replacement promptly upon verifying the issue.
We cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges in the following scenarios:
- Delivery Issues Due to Customer Error: Including incorrect shipping addresses, unavailability to receive the package (if the carrier confirms delivery), loss due to inadequate security at your location, or refusal to accept delivery.
- Sizing/Color Dissatisfaction: We do not refund or replace items based on issues with apparel sizing or color, as these details are clearly listed on product pages (including size charts). Please review product information carefully before purchasing.
Since our products are customized, we do not offer general returns. However, we provide the following solutions for eligible cases:
- Replacements: For defective items, we will send a free replacement to restore your original purchase. This is our primary solution to ensure you receive a functional product.
- Refunds: If a replacement is not feasible, we offer refunds for eligible cases (e.g., irreparable defects).
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval, with confirmation sent to you via email.
- The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing, typically within 14 business days.
- If the refund is confirmed in our system but not received within 14 business days, please contact your payment provider or bank first. If issues persist, reach out to [email protected] for assistance—we will review your case and guide you through next steps.
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.

- Clear photos or videos of the defective/damaged/incorrect item
- Your full delivery address
Our support team will review your submission. If eligible, we will arrange a free replacement or process a refund as appropriate.
